Our Business Model
GTC has a unique business model and competitive point of differentiation.
Unlike many of our competitors GTC has grown seven internal divisions offering customers a comprehensive solution. Following are our seven business divisions:
Solutions Consulting Services
Offering professional services using GTC’s internal IT staff, as an extension of GTC’s clients’ IT teams. The top core competencies include Virtualization, Application Delivery, Storage, Backup, DR/BC, Security, Networking, Directory & Messaging.
Staffing Services
Offering recruiting services for temp, temp to hire and direct hire talent when the customer’s need is beyond GTC’s internal capability and staff size.
Training Services
GTC is an award winning Citrix Authorized Learning Center and also hosts VMware training.
Managed Services
In addition to professional services on a time and materials basis, GTC also offers network device monitoring and management services on a monthly fixed price basis and Help Desk outsourcing services. In 2008 GTC also added Infrastructure Hosting Services (cloud computing) to it’s portfolio.
Application Development, Implementation and Customization Services
We have a team of application specialists providing our customers application development, implementation and customization services.
Product Fulfillment Services
GTC facilitates product reselling and procurement for customers especially helping customers with software and hardware maintenance contracts.
Management Consulting Services
In addition to IT solutions and services, we also help some of our smaller customers with general business planning and advice.
Our Typical Customer
We have the following three customer profiles:
- Customers with a full fledged IT Department where we act as an extension of the customer’s IT team providing help with projects, additional resources and occasional support when needed.
- Customers with a limited IT Department where our team plays a bigger role in the day to day activities of the IT team.
- Customers with no IT Department where our team becomes the IT Department.
