Seminar and Event Registration
From time to time, GTC Systems or its approved business partners will send invitations to upcoming seminars and events. Included in that e-mail is a link to direct the recipient to a registration page on the GTC Systems web site or one found on one of our approved business partner web sites. In an effort to keep registration quick and simple, we only ask for the following:
- Contact Name
- Company Name
- E-Mail address
- Phone Number
- An indication of the event they wish to attend
- A space for comments and questions.
The only purpose of this process is to streamline event registrations. This includes compiling a list of attendees for planning and budgeting, printing personalized name tags use use at any non web-based events, and to provide courtesy follow-up after the events. Attendees may receive invitations to future events based on their attendance of past events.
Information Requests
Certain areas of the Site provide simple information request forms. Similar information is collected from the visitor to gather pertinent information and have it automatically forwarded to a GTC Systems account manager for prompt follow up.
How personal information is NOT used
Since 1995, GTC Systems has built a reputation in the IT community based on character, dignity, and reputable business practices. Any personal information collected from Seminar and Event Registration or Information Requests will not be sold to ANY third party, for any reason.
Opting out of future email broadcasts
Each of GTC Systems' email invitations have clear instructions on how to be removed from future mailings. Each request is handled promptly and verified for accuracy.

In order to improve certain areas of our Site, we and our vendors use "cookies" to track your visit.
