I need to let you know that you have an excellent technical staff. The GTC engineer was extremely knowledgeable on this Active Directory and Exchange migration project and impressed me to no end with his network and e-mail system skills.

He was able to resolve a few naturally occurring Microsoft software hiccups in usually one attempt and with confidence. In fact, we avoided a lot of glitches in the process and made the upgrade painless because he knew exactly what to do.

Our users had no downtime during the upgrade process. My boss, along with other staff, commended me this morning for a well-orchestrated upgrade. Thanks to GTC and your engineer.

Just wanted to say the GTC engineer made a real difference in our active directory project here at Bourns, not by just staying within budget, but actually he moved us further along in the project than we anticipated at this time.

It is with a good deal of pride and confidence that I write this Letter of Recommendation for GTC Systems of San Diego.

We are a School district of approximately 35,000 students located in south Orange County California. We have thirty-five schools with approximately five to six thousand computers district wide. My first awareness of GTC Systems was a couple of years ago at a CEDPA conference in Monterey, California. I attended a session entitled "Citrix for your School."

It is through this exposure and several subsequent opportunities to work with GTC that I have come to the conclusion that they are a first rate systems integrator possessing highly qualified Citrix engineers. "Paul Alvarez and David Abbott worked with us from April through June, 1998. The training targeted two audiences. The first audience included approximately 50 manufacturing employees who use the computer for on-line documentation. GTC Systems created a 1-1/2 hour training class titled Getting Acquainted with Windows NT. They created a mini-training manual and conducted classes in TEAL's computer training lab to help these employees quickly understand the differences in the new operating system. The second audience included 90 administrative, engineering, sales and materials employees.

The course materials were attractive, clear and easy to use. Employees from all departments commented on how much they liked the training. They found David Abbott, the trainer to be very knowledgeable and easy to understand. They appreciated tips and tricks he gave them that help them work faster. GTC Systems was responsive and flexible about changes in course design, class size and class dates. David was conscientious in following up with employees after each class to answer questions and find out how they were doing with the new software.
