We intentionally cross train our technical team members to know the strengths and weaknesses of all the different vendor solutions. - 24/7 Support at no additional charge: many of our competitors charge extra for 24/7 support. We don’t. We already have people available to take your calls 24/7 and we provide this option to our customers at no additional charge.
- Access to a big pool of resources through our Staffing Dept: In addition to providing solutions consulting and professional services using our internal team members, we also have a Staffing Services Department with recruiters on staff to find any talent for any length of time to be at the service our customers.
