GTC Systems CEO Presents on Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery at AITP Conference

The 2009 Region 1 AITP (Association of Information Technology Professionals - www.aitp.org) Professional Conference (Pro-Con 2009) theme "Brave, New World" focused on the challenges and strategies of our continually-growing virtual world. As a leading virtualization solutions provider, GTC Systems was asked to participate and gladly accepted.

Keith Michael Esshaki, the CEO of GTC Systems, delivered a detailed presentation at the conference, titled: " Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery Strategies in a Virtualized World"

The main theme of the presentation was that there needs to be a new thinking and approach to BC/DR planning.  Organizations should not look at BC/DR planning as an “expensive insurance policy”. Instead a more effective approach to BC/DR planning is ../to use it as a way to realize the value of existing business processes and applications and make thinking part of day to day operations.
