We will schedule a kick-off meeting to introduce key participants, review objectives and agree on a plan to move forward and complete the service.

Audit and analysis of current virtualization environment and business
Document virtual infrastructure configuration
Document findings and recommendations into a Health Check Report
Health Check report will provide VMware best practices as they apply to your existing environment.
Identify top issues and next steps

Roles and Responsibilities

GTC Systems Engineer
Will hold a brief kick-off meeting, analyze the environment, make recommendations for optimal performance.

Customer IT Management
Will provide access to IT systems and processes that involve the virtual infrastructure during this engagement. Will also make arrangements with their IT Administration staff responsible for server configurations including SAN and networking are needed to provide support during this engagement.

Not Included with this Service

Any activities other than those specifically noted in the scope of work defined in the kick-off meeting.
Complete backup of all existing data and programs – This needs to be done prior to our arrival and launch of this service.
