"I stayed at the hotel this past week. My co-worker and I attended GTC's class. Your staff was excellent! From Alan who picked us up at the airport to the lady that runs the morning breakfast to the gentleman who tends the bar and Pedro the driver, and the other drivers. Everyone was nice, professional and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful, the dinners were also. There were so many extras you offered. I have traveled a fair bit, but have never stayed somewhere with such excellent service, and better yet, a reasonable rate. We will definitely be staying here again if the opportunity presents itself.
